2020 Koenigsegg Ragnarok? yes, The next hypercar signed Koenigsegg could be called Ragnarok. The Swedish manufacturer is working to create the future hypercar that could see the light already in the coming months. It seems that the newborn

After the success of Agera and Regera, Koenigsegg wants to continue to fuel its reputation as a hypercar manufacturer, creating a new high-performance coupe. Not by chance, last summer, the brand created by the volcanic Christian Von Koenigsegg released a first teaser of the new hypercar that was supposed to replace the above mentioned Agera and Regera in its price list. The teaser of the new 2020 Koenigsegg Ragnarok, essentially a simple graphic sketch, had the merit of outlining and anticipating the style of the rear of the new model characterized for the occasion by a design certainly more sinuous than that to which we had accustomed the latest models signed by Swedish manufacturer. The teaser in question was not accompanied by any statement about the birth of the newborn, but from the beginning, it did not fail to arouse a strong curiosity among hypercar enthusiasts.

The Koenigsegg that will come, if on the one hand will receive the heavy legacy left by Agera and Regera, on the other hand, will be called to offer exciting performances to continue to represent one of the most noteworthy hypercars in the world. In this context Christian Von Koenigsegg and all his entourage are working hard to equip the new hypercar with absolutely first-rate technical peculiarities: the latest rumors reported on the subject suggest the idea that the new hypercar signed Koenigsegg can get to enjoy about 1,440 Horsepower of power spruced by an evolution of the 5.0 twin turbo V8 engine already in dowry to Agera RS, hypercar that could boast a maximum power of 1,360 hp. Not only that: according to insiders, the future Koenigsegg hypercar, in addition to boasting a greater power than the Agera RS, compared to the latter could stop the balance of the needle at only 1,200 pounds, 195 pounds less than the same Agera RS production output in April 2018.

At the Geneva Motor Show, we will see the new Koenigsegg Ragnarok?

The new hypercar wanted, conceived and designed by Christian Von Koenigsegg would be close to the presentation, in fact, the heir of Agera and Regera could be unveiled to the public of great occasions at the Geneva Motor Show 2019 which will take place from 7 to 17 March next. In this regard Dagens Industri would have already re-launched the idea of the commercial success of the newborn: although not yet officially presented, the Swedish magazine would have said that the new hypercar would have already been booked by numerous customers wishing to put in the garage the new model. In detail, it seems that on a production limited to 125 specimens, as many as 72 have already been booked. But the new model that name will have? In the beginning, as anticipated in one of our articles, the newborn in the Koenigsegg house should have been called Ragnarok  with particular reference “to the Nordic mythology and in particular to the destruction of the world, the death of the gods and the final rebirth.” However, according to the same magazine Dagens Industri, the new hypercar could also receive a different trade name during the official presentation. All that remains is to wait for any information on the part of Koenigsegg itself.
