Mitsubishi Engelberg Tourer Concept Design
Taking its name from the popular Swiss ski resort and resort renowned for winter sports enthusiasts, the Mitsubishi Engelberg Tourer is a concept, explains the Japanese manufacturer, who will show off the stylistic and functional evolution of the SUVs of the brand, as well as focus on next-generation technology and on the progress of electric vehicle performance.
Mitsubishi’s statements suggest that this prototype can offer us first anticipation of the new generation of the PHEV Outlander, a model that has been particularly successful in some markets, such as in the UK where it has been on sale since 2014.
Huge front grille and additional lights on the roof
Just as it is often seen in recent times on most of the automotive news, the Mitsubishi Engelberg Tourer Concept has a front characterized by a giant grid, flanked by thin high-tech headlights and lighting units in the shape of C. also note the presence of a front paramotor plate, while the bonnet has an essential design. Looking back we see the subtle cameras instead of the traditional side mirrors, while on the roof there seems to be a luggage rack with two light groups, each with three LED lights, for each side.
No mention by Mitsubishi on the technical details and the motorization of the new concept car, which we will know more in the coming weeks, approaching the Geneva Motor Show where it will make its official debut.
